CSAE Policy
01Our Commitment
VibeGram has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We do not allow the creation, upload, storage, distribution, or solicitation of such material through any VibeGram-operated features or Services.
We take reports seriously, review them promptly, and will take appropriate action — including disabling access to VibeGram Services where warranted and cooperating with law enforcement when required by applicable law.
02Important: Messaging Data Lives on Telegram
Because of that architecture, reports about messages, chats, channels, groups, media, or accounts on the Telegram network should be directed to Telegram, which is the party that can investigate and act on that content. VibeGram can only address issues that involve our own backend features and Services (for example, account-linked VibeGram features we operate).
03How to Report CSAE / CSAM
3.1 Report to VibeGram (our Services)
If your concern relates to VibeGram-operated features, our website, or other Services under our control, email:
Email: csae@vibegram.app
Where possible, include:
- a clear description of the issue;
- relevant usernames, Telegram user IDs, links, or screenshots;
- date/time and any other details that help us locate the issue;
- your contact email for follow-up.
Do not intentionally attach or forward illegal CSAM in your report. Describe the material and provide identifiers (links, message IDs, usernames) so the appropriate party can retrieve it through lawful channels.
3.2 Report to Telegram (messaging / network content)
For CSAE or CSAM involving Telegram chats, channels, groups, bots, media, or accounts, contact Telegram directly:
- In-app: use Telegram’s built-in Report tools on the message, chat, channel, or user.
- Abuse / safety FAQ: telegram.org/faq_abuse
- Telegram Terms of Service: telegram.org/tos
- Telegram Privacy Policy: telegram.org/privacy
Telegram publishes its own abuse-reporting and child-safety processes. Those processes govern content on Telegram’s network. We encourage you to follow Telegram’s current guidance on that page when reporting network content.
3.3 Law enforcement and NCMEC
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement right away. In the United States, reports of CSAM may also be made to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org.
04What We Can and Cannot Do
- We can review reports about VibeGram-operated Services, restrict or terminate access to those Services where appropriate, and escalate or refer matters when required.
- We cannot delete or moderate messages, media, or accounts that exist only on Telegram’s infrastructure. That authority rests with Telegram.
- Where a report clearly concerns Telegram network content, we may direct you to Telegram’s reporting channels so the report reaches the party that can act on it.
05Age and Acceptable Use
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Users must also comply with our Terms of Service, which prohibit illegal, abusive, and child-sexual-abuse material. Violations may result in loss of access to VibeGram Services.
